When thinking about fixing up any given GOVERNMENT... YOU CAN START FROM SCRATCH OR YOU CAN SIT DOWN AND take alook at the CURRENT OPERATIONS and go thru PAGE BY PAGE, department to department and RESTRUCTURE "cut and paste", spruce up or change certain departments, shut down some stuff all together, bring in some new pieces... etc

Some may argue that the government SHOULD NOT REALLY be attached to the economy in certain ways that it is to begin with. There is the the thought that the GOV't would really not have to be doing that much for the ECONOMY if the right type of government(involving policy and structure and function) was set-up in the first place, based of course primarilly on the awareness of and good natured motions of the people. I guess a lot involves the SOCIAL aspects of the people. The government is the people, right?
Hope in the motion of WORKing TOGETHER in order to bring BETTER STRUCTURE and FUNCTION into place by and thru OUR GREATER AWARENESS and our NURTURING explanations/presentation to one another. // COMMUNICATION BREAK-THRUs
Sometimes individual-people ask their gov't or expect their gov't to do things for them which is not really fair to their brother/sister. (keep this point in mind)
I think a lot comes down to EACH person as an individual first realizing the truth about certain things, namely the ideation of "facing the mirror" as noted on : facing-abc.20fr.com , self examination and admittance.
PICTURE setting up a GOVERNMENT that is run so smoothly where we would not really need politicians ...
CONSIDER THIS: The natural "drive" which certain individuals have to do a JOB for the notion of truth in a nation. Ideally POLITICIANS would NOT be PAID a salary/wage. The finances of an individual who is running for political office should generally speaking be already in order when that particular individual stands to do the good value deed of REPRESENTATION.-----

PERHAPS There should be a PUBLICALLY ACCESSIBLE WEB-page or Publication available at the "DOCUMENT-HOUSE". Something where the public can view and clearly see all the gov't jobs and salaries, to question the validity of such and or to merely have such as public oversight. Perhaps a much more clear document of HOW money comes in and where it goes out. A YEARLY-REPORT can be a part of the process.
Improper gov't contracting and irresponsible gov't job creation as a means/attempt to "correct-things" by and thru those jobs which may not really be needed or those contracts which are less than "up to par" does not sound wise. It may create jobs and pay-out sums of money to contractors however it may on some levels be like "STEALING from eddie to pay maddie", and in the run of things it may come to haunt us in certain ways.

Roads/lights, Department of sewage treatment plants and water supply, ID-system(national drivers license etc), schools, police/ambulance/fire-department, welfare(delineate and clarify), emergency management fund(emergency health care funds), green space(city/state/national-parks ), clerical staff to manage the functions which we(as govt) need to perform ...

Managers ~ overlookers to see that the money is collected fairly and distributed to the right areas(open views to public, released and published very simply so people can clearly see where money is going)
STARTERS CLUB : First step ~ determine how much MONEY we need for the government systems/operations that we need and want.
TAXES /FUNDING
In any type of gov't, the ones running it should ask : "Does this serve the 'PUBLIC-GOOD' and does it fairly treat the public at large(taxation and re-distribution of tax money) ~ IS IT FAIR?"
Are the priorities in "check" ~ is THAT the place where the money should go rather than elsewhere?
TAXES, a closer look ~ Most would think we need and want a government and we need some-way to FUND IT.
There are DIFFERENT OPTIONS for FAIR TAX PLANS.
Some plans may include : ALL, SOME, OR NONE OF : "sales, property or income taxes."
CHECK THIS OTHER ANGLE OUT:
CONSIDER a SIMPLE "per-person", across the board amount being paid. LIKE a "fee" or a "due".
SAY THERE WERE NO TAXES as we traditionally thought of and instead everyone PAID a "sum" each year. It most likely would not really have to be all that much(as compared to what people are paying today in the line of sales, property and income taxes combined) in order to fund the necessary and desired gov't STRUCTURE and OPERATIONS. (ages 2 --> whatever)If you had a CHILD : you as the "parent" would PAY the sum for the child, UNTIL the child reached the age of majority ~ responsibility which you as the one choosing to bring a child into life would KNOW of and understand and appretiate.
Of course at times some people may be "in-debt" to this function yet, it is thought it would be less than the current numbers who are in debt to the income tax or other forms of current taxation.(speculation)
This is about thinking of an ACROSS THE BOARD nationwide/worldwide fairness taxation system.
ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL
Each person pays the same YEAR AFTER YEAR... whole life thru.
PEOPLE would simply have to plan this into their retirement budget, for those planning on retiring.
Some people save for retirement and some SPEND to the degree that they do not save or they face hardship along the way where it makes it hard for them to save.
One of the hopes of these plans/ideologies on this page when INCORPORATED TOGETHER in general is to perhaps relieve a certain WEIGHT/burden and allow for a more fair function.-----
There are some operations/services that would be WELL SUITED to be GOV'T oriented or RUN however they would be funded separate from the general TAX/fee SYSTEM's Money going into that department, some stuff would pay for itself in other words. (cover the cost of operation, money people are charged for the service/good that is provided ~perhaps like a "non-profit" operation so to speak)VEHICLE-REGISTRATION : Charge enough money in order to cover costs of road maintenance.(bridges,lights, pavement, winter maintenance, storm maintenance, mowing etc) Shouldn't the ones actually DRIVING on and USING the roads be the ones who pay for this? DIVIDE THE accurate COST OF PAVING ROADs by the number of registered vehicles... what do you come up with?(is this logical) You would probably figure it in like a 50/100 year average or something... If registration fees are HIGHER to cover the cost of roads and people have to DRIVE the demand for LESS EXPENSIVE VEHICLES at large then that is what may take place.
Why should anyone other than who is USING The roads pay for roads? Some people ride the bus, part of their BUS FAIR would obviously cover the cost of REGISTRATION for that vehicle-bus.
Most understand the reason for TOLL ROADS/toll bridges/tunnels in some cases... However, perhaps for the most part, registrations should be set up to pay for the cost of most of the ROAD NEEDS.

ELECTRIC/power : Picture hiring a TEAM of EXPERTS to set up and establish a CLEANLY PRODUCED form of ELECTRIC . (perhaps : magnets, light, heat/cold, wind, sound/vibration, colors, gravity/antigravity, rubber bands, gears, safe chemical forms... etc etc )? ELECTRIC IN THE AIR ?(all around us)WATER/SEWER(consider better, clean safe ways to do it )
WASTE-DISPOSAL (consider better, clean safe ways to do it )
What about COMMUNICATIONS? (discuss) I think if it is not GOV run then the private infrastructure needs to be set up where it is FAIR to allow people to enter into the MARKET who have the ability(capital-resources) and desire to enter into such an areana.
The PHYSICAL nature of the way PHONE OR CABLE or ELECTRIC lines or other COMMUNICATION OPERATIONS such as BROADCAST METHODS are run(set-up) in our society plays into this...

Airlines ~ Would and could a "one-world" airline be SAFER and MORE AFFORDABLE if run in such a way? We have to ask ourselves ~ do we want a world where my friend in china can safely/affordably travel here and I can safely travel from america to china, or do we want to make it more difficult on ourselves? THINK safety and comfort and affordability, efficiency which ONE great BIG SKY FIRM can bring if set up properly.

WHEN THIS NOTION OF "government" operations is spoke of here, realize we are talking about something that is FOR THE PEOPLE, do not think that if because you see or hear about one current form of GOVERNMENT company failing in your world today that that is what this is about, that is NOT what this is about... this is about BRINGING in the BEST and BRIGHTEST MINDS of the world on AWESOME PROJECTs that if done is ETHICAL -COURSE as is being suggested here on this page it will benefit not only HUMANITY, however LIFE in a TREMENDOUS way...
Consider the ideation that there are certain things which should be left to PRIVATE-ENTERPRISE, certain things which today the GOVERNMENT may have a "stake in" from what is heard about thru the NEWS MEDIA. And in contrast there may be certain things that the GOV would be better off managing for the goodwill of the people at large.
Do people sort of feel UTILITIES should be GOV-RUN?
To be clear, WE are NOT talking about DOING AWAY WITH THE CAPITALISTIC SOCIETY IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
We can sort of say "cap-com". Certain things may be better off GOV run and other things are wonderful in PRIVATE MOTIONS...
When PRIVATE industry is wrongly interfered with, products usually end up costing MORE and are less safe and often sometimes lower in quality. This plan of some things being GOVERNMENT RUN is not trying to change things as to where PRIVATE BUSINESS is harmed or done away with by any means, rather we come to consider CERTAIN SERVICES such as UTILITIES that we all USE as pretty much a NECESSITY and question those as to if they would be better of GOV RUN?? Maybe they would be, maybe they would not be.
When new policies as in TOTAL GOV'T OVERHAUL are installed we actually hope to see PRIVATE BUSINESS as being "more free"...For example> a person should be able to build a company as large as he/she wants to, that he/she has ability to~ on the level of saying he should not be WRONGLY-ATTACKED by jealous people or governments. IN other words if someone builds a "monopoly" based on his practice of "out-competing" others and or nobody else wishes to "go head to head" with him, well then so be it... from cars to computers. Whatever the gov't needs to consider regulating, when speaking about "regulations" such needs to be done fairly where FREE choice business is interfered with as least as possible. Hopefully AT the CORE we WOULD ALL desire A SYSTEM THAT ensured a certain level of PUBLIC safety standards such as ENVIRONMENTAL and HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS are being taken into consideration.
IN THESE DAYS : I do not like the way I see the TV-NEWS illustrating that the GOV is in control of certain "mergers" or has a say in it as some approval type thing... that is NOT RIGHT... it's like there is CORRUPTION involved when you see that going on. It's NOT allowing free market enterprise. There is NO fair way the government could do this... if they don't allow a merger and the two firms go out of business, that's not right is it? Or what if they force a merger and the company goes under... The point is ~ GOV should NOT be involved with this aspect of FREE MARKET ECONOMY. The government should be doing things like keeping tabs on ENVIRONMENTAL and HEALTH and safety REGULATIONS, which hopefully the COMPANY themselves would want to be "up to par on", which I could be wrong when I say this HOWEVER I think alot of people running firms today know what I am saying and have a TRUE HEARTED DESIRE for being ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE. We learn and we make improvements.
GENERALLY SPEAKING: Businesses should be able to build themselves as large or as small as they wish to. Business/companies should be able to work with others in partnerships and they should not be forced to work with others.
USUALLY : When people/governments allow free operation in the way freedom of business should be, they will see their economy get better in the run of it...------
IMAGINE REDUCING the United States government to ONE "MANUAL", amazing ~ all the MAJOR stuff you need to know, cutting the paper chase... wow, it would be amazing.
Cutting out all the "stuff" that is not needed... streamline ~ safety is an UTMOST concern.

HOUSING CONCERNS
A DWELLING WHERE YOU RESIDE: (a living space, or as some people consider it to be: their PRIMARY INVESTEMENT)
THIS DAY IN AGE : I think that after their QUEST FOR LOVE one of the TOP HOPES of people is to OWN their own-dwelling, what ever that dwelling type may be.
I can identify with and feel the people's problem concerning the HOUSING ISSUE, however we must look LOGICALLY and responsibly and be FAIR about this issue.
Simply stated, some people need to concentrate on and drive the demand for and purchase more affordable/efficient "living type dwellings".
Sometimes people need to re-adjust how they are living.
For example : Are they spending money on TV-CABLE (a non-necessity) prior to paying their mortgage payment? If they are, well then that may be a problem. In a portion of people's cases who are having problems paying their mortgage it's probably a matter of how they are managing their MONEY. Do they have too-expensive of an AUTOMOBILE? So first, before talking about the government BAILING PEOPLE OUT by doing irresponsible things... perhaps people need to LOOK at how people are spending their MONEY.
For some people's cases they may have bought TOO BIG of homes and now they can not afford the payments or maintenace and utilities for such a dwelling ... it's only natural that those people "downsize" and TRADE-in on a more affordable type of living dwelling.
Another option may be more people SHARING HOMES with relatives or friends. This is something which is a COMMON CUSTOM in some lands and not others, and it can be interesting... obviously this notion of sharing space is not for everybody, however it can be amazing for some.
Some people may not have jobs and they do not have money coming in to pay anything. With that group of people it's the same as it ever was ~ we ask : What is the reason? Do they have a LEGITIMATE reason to have other's feel SYMPATHY?(are they SICK or are there no jobs in that region or were they wrongly discriminated against or wrongly attacked, etc.) OR is it because they are not willing to do a particular job that is available that they very well could be doing? Sometimes it may not be the EXACT-optimal--job you were EXPECTING, you may have to drive a little further or it may not be the same pay-scale you previously had, however it's a job right?(as long as it's ethical)
Sometimes people may have to relocate to follow a job market.
Wealth sometimes changes hands, that's the nature of the economy. This note on housing was originally drafted with the thought and ideation of HELPING PEOPLE attain the GOAL of "housing ownership". Rather than having so much "government subsidy housing"... picture having PRIVATE ENTERPRISE RISE and supply the demand for the needed "affordable housing"... I think that is the issue here.
BASIC EXAMPLE ONE:
Picture APARTMENTS around 50K (or less even) ~ various types of efficiency apartments.
BASIC EXAMPLE TWO:
Picture very affordable(30K-40K) small house type structures : perhaps as a basic example ~ 20x20s with "bonus room" above, with or without basement. (perfect for the single guy or the couple)
Obviously any slightly larger but still relatively affordable type dwelling to accommodate children etc..
MASS PRODUCTION to fill the need.(build so much, so very much, go crazy with it...) So much that the cost for those type of dwellings REMAINS at that affordable cost... Some may suggest if it’s not done on the MASS PRODUCTION SCALE it will not necessarily work out properly because the VALUE of the property will automatically be driven up due to SCARCITY in any given region... that is why theoretically MASSIVE efforts of production would need to be applied. What I am saying is totally DOABLE where the CONTRACTOR can still make money and provide jobs to workers who can afford to live a life all at the same time as SUPPLYING the demand for that type of HOUSING.
FURTHER MORE THE THOUGHT OF THIS IS SPONSORED BY THINKING OF : Housing that people who are on a 8-10 dollar an hour career wage, for example, could be able to GET A MORTGAGE ON and in reality it is something they can FEEL GOOD ABOUT instead of paying all that RENT MONEY OUT, which they had to do simply because there was NO affordable housing for them to LAY their HARD EARNED DOLLAR DOWN ON...
In some areas, "land" would be the determining factor, perhaps in some cases with the right zoning allowing more larger/taller type APARTMENT BUILDING-COMPLEXES which are able to provide the needed AFFORDABLE housing, that might not be an issue in some cases.(obviously there are reasons there are certain ZONING REGULATIONS in some cases, health environmental and safety etc)
These are just some thoughts, I do not have all the answers. I was just thinking of alternatives to the SUBSIDATION-system(which is not really good for the system on some levels) and with the IMPRESSIVE CONSIDERATION of providing more ownership/empowerment to people of all wage scales.
So, to SUMMARIZE again as said at the opening to the original base issue of HOUSING CONCERNS: Simply stated, some people need to concentrate on and drive the demand for and purchase more affordable/efficient "living type dwellings".
Sometimes you as a person in need of shelter may have to make other arrangements relating to the way you live until you can find a better arrangement.
"Picture 30-40 thousand dollar dwellings that any person(even on min-wage) can afford to get a mortgage for. I know it may be hard to believe for some. However, you can envision the power of "ownership" and that particular someone is now actually PAYING on something that they OWN at the end of the term, as compared to just have been paying rent all those years of work. To me as a worker that would provide major MOTIVATION and INCENTIVE and such as to say." - -
AS WE VENTURE FORWARD LET US NOT FORGET GREEN SPACE.

INFLATION and deflation are principles to keep in mind
JOB WAGE SCALE RESTRUCTURING ~ Sometimes certain job sectors go thru UPS and DOWNS.
There are all types of people in all types of situations.
SOME may work their whole life thru, OTHERS may be born into retirement.
LEARN HOW TO SAVE for your future while still living an enjoyable life, prioritize with your spending. IN general, INDIVIDUAL PERSONS should save and invest for their own retirement, if they need help planning maybe there would be PEER HELPER groups to help people out ~ some people decide to HIRE FINANCIAL PLANNERS others may have a friends who helps. Some people learn on their own. BE careful with certain GAMBLES if you decide to get involved with investments rather than just SAVINGS.
CALCULATIONS and MANAGEMENT ~ Should I buy that EXTRA TV in a house that already has FIVE or should I put that money towards my MORTGAGE?

For any wage scale, your best bet is to spend and save your money wisely.
"We are not here to tell you that you are making too much or too little, for the job you are doing; YOU HAVE TO ASK and ANSWER that for yourself. Sometimes if they are giving away 'over-priced jobs' ~ you may decide to TAKE ONE, if it's there. And if you are not making enough for your lifestyle TRY to network to find new oppurtunities for yourself or adjust other aspects of the WAY YOU LIVE. Do the math and see where you want to be." - the commision
Some people think that they should "get paid more"(deserve a raise) and in some cases they may deserve it in their particular JOB POSITION, however what most people across the board do not seem to realize(or we forget) is that in some situations higher salaries all across the market place means that "things"(from cars to clothes) in general are going to COST MORE. Perhaps this alludes to "letting the dollar run away with itself."(To mention the forks and the spoons, they're all screaming for ETHICAL MEALS ALL AROUND, the knife on the floor under the table and ... )
So we could all give ourselves raises as we pat ourselves on the back and then in turn pay more for cars and pots and pans OR we can understand something else where we keep our "dollar in check".
IN an ethical system ; A person gets paid what they do, they are NOT to be forced to do a job, it is that simple. There are many, many, many different types of jobs and thus many different "income levels" make up the face of our world economy/workplace. IN any system people exist in areas or in ways where they need more to "get by" where as others may not require as much.(lifestyle, cost of living etc.) Whoever we are, in whatever job we do where-ever we do it let us NOT be jealous or SPITEFUL towards someone else b/c that someone-else has more money or what have you ~ in society WE sometimes see this as a MAJOR problem...

FOR EXAMPLE: If you are complaining about the salaries of sports-stars or movie-stars, well, you do not need to buy/watch their services/products, no-one is FORCING you to take part in their game/business, so why are you complaining?
We hope there can be a greater understanding amongst men and hope that there can be the realization that YES we do need MONEY to LIVE however it is the LOVE we should all come to realize which is the reason for living, our FAMILY and friends and each of course our "#1 significant other". You heard this speech a hundred times, yet i'll say it again here b/c it is true and so it is OK to be said again and again, as we remind ourselves: "It does not matter what kind of house you have, or how big or with diamond or wood trimmed counter-tops, it does not matter how expensive of a car you drive(SIDE NOTE: As far as CARS GO I think many of us will come more to think of safety and economy, and yes I think we can have a little style built in with that notion: ) It does not matter on these things, what matters is what you do for your "wife" today. Did you hold the door, did you and are you a pollite person at the office or in the workplace... Are you being a good parent? WHO ARE YOU? Where is your heart centered? And so let us go with this notion in thought, as we make strides in this direction.
WAGE-SCALE
I think it has to be demanded by the people, I do not necessarilly believe in setting a wage by the government really... any more than to say that it will SET-ITSELF. At first, people may take lower-wages however eventually when WORLD MARKETS combine into one ~ people will have more leverage to ask for a higher wage.
I do not agree with a set minimum wage from gov't however I do think that there will be a natural establishment of such a baseline. People can pay for needs and have liesure and save for retirement .
EXAMPLE: If sam is willing to MOW for me at five dollars an hour and the GOV set the minimum wage at SIX dollars an hour, does that mean I can not hire sam? And instead I have to hire johnson at 6? What if SAM was even going to be doing the mowing in a MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE TYPE WAY.
Consider "natural market forces" to establish such a natural market force career minimum wage.
FOR THE CAREER/CONTRACT minded individuals
The main "benefit" most employers may offer is SOME FORM OF PAID VACATION LEAVE.(They are not MANDATED to offer such just out of courtesy and such.) Obviously some firms may offer other perks, benefits and such ~ especially if the job market becomes so competitive due to the demand in "needed workers".
World wide THOUGHTS: you often hear someone in ONE NATION complain that that THE OTHER NATION took the 10 dollar job and made it into a 4 dollar job. As long as workers are not forced to work, sometimes people do jobs b/c it is that or nothing. It is kind of RUDE of that "ONE NATION" guy to suggest that the OTHER NATION is stealing a job, that OTHER NATION GUY might be dead of STARVATION if he did not have that job, I am not saying this to cause more wars however to hopefully END SOME, I want to live in a peaceful world where the economy is more EQUAL, where the WAGES of SAME JOBS are more EQUVALENT to each other WORLD WIDE.(And on a side note it would be nice to travel freely, which I think would on the side side do wonders for the ENTIRE world economy.) FREE TRAVEL HELPING TO EQUALIZE THE ECONOMY
WORLD WIDE: PICTURE the lowest end "career" wage being the equivalency to something like 10 dollars an hour, which could very well happen OVERNIGHT.
I say career as compared to other "odd" jobs or part time gigs people may have from time to time in any given life.
Yes there will still be all sorts of other higher-end wages from 30k on up it's a matter of supply and demand and placement and abilities and such to say. Type of Skills, Work ethics, enduring commitment, range goals, hard work perseverance etc.
Some of the "middle class" salaries, we may see coming down, to some extent.(however not in all cases) In the "hiring market" it will always be supply and demand. Some "persons" have skills which are at HIGH DEMAND and so they can demand more in such niches... Others may find the JOB SECTOR they are in to be flooded with applicably suitable job candidates...
People should respect their jobs and oppurtunity to have such.(as long as it is ethical, obviously if it is unethical well then you need to change)
On some levels I have heard some people who were making 30K a year in a fairly tight job-sector, complain about low pay. (that is a very nice salary that if you are a husband and wife team each earning such you can save for retirement and live a very NICE life at such a wage, in some cases raise children.)
A factory: say people in NEW ORLEANS LA were willing to work for ten dollars and hour compared to 15 dollars and hour in PITTSBURGH, PA and so the factory moved to NEW ORLEANS, LA ... are the people of PA going to be MAD? same issue as a factory moving from USA to INDIA or CHINA or MEXICIO or AFRICAN or other places ... we are all brothers and sisters right? So in that respect don't hold angst in that way .. sometimes ECONOMIES shift and such as to say ... to equalize the MARKET PLACE so to speak...
If DC gets and estimate for a tool and one firm says 35 and the other firm says 25 ~ is the 35 firm/guy going to get angry? That could be your SOULMATE you may be "dissing"... so think about that... maybe they were trying to WORK to make enough to "meet you half way", you never know...
REALIZE WORLD ECON ~ NICENESS FACTORS
Sometimes people in one region may have to realize that the markets may have been unbalanced and some may have been living beyond their means ... things need to sort of WORK themselves out...

Obviously there are wages HIGHER and LOWER than these and that is what makes up the DIVERSITY of the economy.

In today's world : Is the issue really about universal insurance coverage? Or is it more of saying we need a BETTER FUNCTIONING healthcare system? This is the 21st century, isn't it? Look at all the stuff we have on other levels~ we've got DVDs and all sorts of other "ground breaking technology". Is it out of the question to ask why there is not mass produced AFFORDABLE and ACCURATE healthcare procedures? Does and CAN the government STEP in and set up a PROPER-SYSTEM of "pay for what you get" type medicine or can the DOCTORS of the private sector organize and do this themselves?
For a BASIC CHECK-UP shouldn't I be able to go in and for like 50-100 dollars get something like a: "Scan, full-blood analysis, and be able to meet with the doctor?"
I understand that the DOCTOR and the TECHS and NURSES need to make a WAGE just as the equiptment costs money, however with the amount of money put into things on "MASS scale" it could be doable at an affordable cost.
IN today's world you can meet with a doctor for like 50-100 dollars(if you are lucky) and the cost of a SCAN and BLOOD WORK is extra... and in some cases I do not think they are really using the most up to date "scanning equiptment" or "blood work analysis tools/methods" that they could be employing. (among other things that are not "up to date") KNOWLEDGE/AWARENESSThere are ARCHAIC methods being employed that are like "guess work" making the cost higher.
In general. if HEALTHCARE was more affordable the INSURANCE plans would be more affordable, in today's world I think the GOVERNMENT is already FUNDING many "archaic and out of date" systems and if some of these political plans which certain people speak of come into play~ it's like we will continue to PUT MORE MONEY in the pocket of INFERIOR EXPENSIVE SCIENCE/programs ...
In general, I can picture an entire change in the health-care system. Perhaps more INTEGRATED MODES of WORLD WIDE INFRASTRUCTURE for healthcare.
Should they be state owned? Or perhaps just better run private operations?
The citizen pays fees for stuff like doctor's time etc.
There may be an emergency fund for those in need.
The key for healthcare is to HOPE IN a RISE to "private industry" that has more advanced and more affordable SOLUTIONS. MAJORITY SELECTS/votes the "rep" for that COUNTY and then he/she HAS a TEAM just like the gov or mayor or pres he sets up who COVER the ENTIRE REGION he is responsible for ... as noted the actual-politicians WILL not get paid they are generally speaking people who are RETIRED OFF or PRIVATELY SPONSORED. The cost of GOV'T operations like paper and secretaries and such would still be paid for by TAX/FEE base system ~ which ever one of those systems the people decide upon.
Look how simple this IS and ENVISION how FAIRLY the PEOPLE will get REPRESENTED without all the WASTE and HASSLE. People begin to have more of a clear sense of who and what they are VOTING for etc...
Over time perhaps you would not even NEED any of these "voted in positions", if you evolve your GOV to the degree where the GOV systems RUN like CLOCKWORK, where things are STABILIZED so to speak... you may wish to keep ELECTED STRUCTURE in place even if you do not NEED IT... safety sake... perhaps.

Sometimes it seems like it's all connected and perhaps in order to correct the problem you need to change the entire thing, or else you will cause problems, imbalance and chaos... that may not be true and you may be able to change pieces here and there without causing problems of imbalance or leaving someone UNFAIRLY COLD, WET and LOW. If someone "takes a hit" because they were doing something they should not have been doing, perhaps wrongly "riding on anothers back" or WRONGLY LOCKING down their brother in a discriminatory type way perhaps ~ that is different as compared to an INNOCENT person who is UNFAIRLY left DOWN and OUT because of the SHIFT, as we change consider what we want to avoid involving any HANG UPS.

PROBLEMS WITH SUBSIDATION systems on numerous levels...artifically blocks needed change, other things... sometimes tragically MURDERS other individuals.
There seems to be unfair subsidies in place which cause problems in ways beyond my comprehension. Are some People "living beyond their means" ~ thus they cause pollution which they can not afford... EXAMPLE: if polluting electricity is SUBSIDIZED and there is NO INITIATIVE/incentive for people to be more responsible and efficient with their USE, where as if stuff naturally cost more then more people would USE LESS, they'd build less as large houses to HEAT and COOL with these DANGEROUS POWER SUPPLIES... and POSSIBLY what theoretically would happen is that it would OPEN DOORS for NEW discoveries that would perhaps provide for more ENVIRONMENTALY SENSITIVE WAYS to GET POWER and so as to say... by having the SUBSIDIES in place I wonder if on some levels we could be HURTING a MORE NATURAL CLEAN OPPURTUNITY?
